This is an interface for an iphone self-hypnosis app I’m working on. A session is composed of a series of audio clips, and the challenge was to show that these clips were related. I realized that the rounded corners made them appear more like independent items, and but by only rounding the top and the bottom items in the list, it made them part of a group. (btw, the colours in the background are not strictly part of the UI but are some groovy visuals that are triggered by the hypnotist’s voice. Just eye candy.)
